    I logged everything until dinner when it became difficult and I gave up. I'm pretty sure I was over calories today though. No exercise thanks to a 12 hour work day and a headache all day long. Tomorrow I will drive to work early so I can run along the beachfront before the day starts and ask my food is already planned! By the start of the new month, I should be back on track!

    Today was .Pass Day 2 for me.
    Guests in my office today and tomorrow. I was out to lunch and dinner. I’m the host. No problem tomorrow.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run this morning, and lots of dancing around during band practice. Ending the day with almost 18K steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and way under. Wasn't very hungry today -- not sure why!
