Here is the recipe for chicken noodle soup I used last week. This soup is so good I will never be buying progresso soup again. I used a pound of chicken tenders instead of 2 breasts and left them whole and shredded them at the end. I also added 2 extra cups of chicken stock because the noodles really soak up the stock. I did the recipe with 4 cups, then added 2 more cups when I put it into storage container. It makes about 10 servings at 113 cals and 2 grams fat per serving. I froze some and I'm eating it right now for lunch
