Ok team....2 days to go, so I really need you to tell us in today's posts if you intend to be in the March Winner's Circle. I've got 2 Pass Days, but now I'm off to Phoenix where my son and his family are vacationing with us. It will be more than a little challenging, but I do intend to be in the Winner's Circle. I have one more Pass Day that I will choose to spend.

Not in winner’s circle. I won’t lie; I was pretty bummed out about this.
But now I’m 1.6 pounds lighter than March 1st, so I’m smiling

Pass day 6/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records) I am definitely not in the winner's circle with this record of pass days. Better 6 days of planned and unplanned passes than 6 months of continuous careless living and not taking care of me (my health).
But, there is hope for April4 -
Morning run again! Then I forgot to take some of the stuff I planned for lunch with me so I had extra calories to play with for supper with my housemate. Which makes another days success for me.4

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Had an extremely active day at work packing up and moving boxes in preparation for our annual conference this weekend, plus I'll be dancing at karaoke tonight, so I didn't need to do a formal workout this morning to get my activity in!

Had to take 3 pass days this month, but as long as I don't have to take a 4th -- which I don't plan to! -- then I'll be in the Winner's Circle for my third straight month!4 -

Happy to report that I lost three percentage numbers from my body fat this month. Today was the last screening from my gym's March body composition challenge. The scale unfortunately only showed a one pound loss but I'm not worried. I had a salty dinner last night, and am retaining water anyway due to TOM. I'm down a pants size overall, and feeling good.2 -
I think I will be in the winners circle this month. Also have 2 pass days, I think I can manage to make it to Monday without needing more than one more.
