    @RangerRickL I am planning to be in the circle this month!! I have only used two pass days, I might use a third this weekend. But I'm still in even if I use it! Yay, second time ever making the circle :)

    Happy to report that I lost three percentage numbers from my body fat this month. Today was the last screening from my gym's March body composition challenge. The scale unfortunately only showed a one pound loss but I'm not worried. I had a salty dinner last night, and am retaining water anyway due to TOM. I'm down a pants size overall, and feeling good.

    I missed quite a few days due to illness and injury, so I grossly exceeded my pass days. But I am back for the tail end of this month's challenge, nonetheless.
