    Exercise, yes 30 minutes Leslie Sansone and additional hour cleaning, vacuuming and mopping now that our son's dog has returned home.

    Yes x3. Strength training and lots of outdoor time with the family. Beautiful day so we enjoyed a walk, time at the park and an evening bike ride.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Ran 10 miles this morning -- ending the day with just about 30K steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and way under -- couldn't eat all the calories my exercise gave me.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @BonnieHosk85 -- that's the way to do it! I've done that a few times over the past few months -- this challenge really keeps you going and motivated!

    6/7 days with 128oz+!
    I had some super 😋 butternut squash ravioli tonight- I splurged with my cals, still slightly under and enjoyed!

    Planned pass day as it was a family party for my BIL's 60th birthday. I ate too much, drank too much and had great fun playing with the kids on the bouncy castle! Garmin reckons I burnt about 3000 calories!

    I've been dreaming of Victoria sponge since seeing slices of one for sale at the swimming pool cafeteria, so between parkrun and going out made one to take with us, I had a slice, everyone else finished the rest for me so I don't have too much temptation in the house; it was WONDERFUL!

    Going to be back on track today.

    Pass Day Number 3: my friend visited this weekend and I went over my calories by about 500 cals trying new healthy foods and on vodka sodas.
