I just plain haven't tracked today. So that makes either pass #3 or #4 .....
I will count up specifics for tomorrow, so that I know where I am for the last 1/3 of the month. At least my week-to-week weight has remained stable for this first month on maintenance ....6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No, pass day #1. No, forget that. I saw that I was over by 141 calories so getting on the bike now. Strike that pass day. 30 minutes recumbent bike, 9.45 miles.

One hour group training followed by an hour of kickboxing. Saturday mornings make me WORK!

Had a lovely Easter dinner with my family today. Was mindful of portions and other meals in the day and came in under calories even with the small piece of cake we had for dessert. Yay!

I ate over my goal today so Passsss! (#2 this month).
Family Easter celebration (had to do it today because we travel tomorrow). Today should have been my long run (11 miles) so it would have worked out fine but it was pouring rain all day so I’ve decided to do my long run tomorrow. I did try to track everything but the number of jelly beans consumed is a big old guess.5 -
This weekend will have a lot of Pass Days. I'll have one tomorrow. My children and grandchildren will be here at the farm for Easter dinner. I have no guilt in taking a Pass Day.
Today, on the other hand...

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Ran 10 miles this morning -- ending the day with just about 30K steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and way under -- couldn't eat all the calories my exercise gave me.

I had some super 😋 butternut squash ravioli tonight- I splurged with my cals, still slightly under and enjoyed!1 -
Planned pass day as it was a family party for my BIL's 60th birthday. I ate too much, drank too much and had great fun playing with the kids on the bouncy castle! Garmin reckons I burnt about 3000 calories!
I've been dreaming of Victoria sponge since seeing slices of one for sale at the swimming pool cafeteria, so between parkrun and going out made one to take with us, I had a slice, everyone else finished the rest for me so I don't have too much temptation in the house; it was WONDERFUL!
Going to be back on track today.4 -
