I had some super 😋 butternut squash ravioli tonight- I splurged with my cals, still slightly under and enjoyed!1 -
Planned pass day as it was a family party for my BIL's 60th birthday. I ate too much, drank too much and had great fun playing with the kids on the bouncy castle! Garmin reckons I burnt about 3000 calories!
I've been dreaming of Victoria sponge since seeing slices of one for sale at the swimming pool cafeteria, so between parkrun and going out made one to take with us, I had a slice, everyone else finished the rest for me so I don't have too much temptation in the house; it was WONDERFUL!
Going to be back on track today.4 -
