    Yes. 10 minutes on my exercise bike and then a 30 minute walk during lunch.

    Yes I did!

    Yes x3. Strength training and lots of outdoor time. Kids are off school for the week so they keep me busy and active!
    Pass day yesterday, got snacky in the evening and went a bit over calories.
