Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 minute walk on my lunch.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep! Learning to just not eat something if it’ll be too hard to log it. Most things aren’t worth the effort! Ha!
Good job to everyone for a month of being consistent! We’re almost to the finish line! And guess what? Just as we step over this finish line we are stepping over the next starting line. Now that is Real Life!

Checking in for Sunday and Monday.
Sunday was a good day until the half bottle of wine and remains of daughter's b'day cake (though I did take remedial measures beforehand and took a couple of slices of cake up to my mum's before dinner), so that's another pass day.
