This month, many of our team mates who had more than 3 Pass Days kept on posting!!! That is how you get better and better. Too often, people get more than 3 Pass Days and they just quit.
You did not quit. You know who you are and you are doing great!!
Congratulations for your perseverance. We are working on changing lifelong habits. That does not happen overnight.

Being mindful of three things is something I can do each and every day (track food, stay under calories and exercise)
Life throws you curve balls and three pass days reminds me that I am striving for a majority of good days with a few exceptions
Friends along the way keep me focused, motivated and entertained so read other people's posts
Exceeding my pass days is not a reason to not post and keep trying; I am going to own May!"

@RangerRickL I just checked and I checked with 3 yes every day (occasionally reporting two days at a time) except for 2 passes (April 11 and 20). I also checked in for April 16 two days late (April 18, but did it in the April 16 thread). So I’m just confirming I should be in winners circle lol.

hey, @fitphoenix ! can I borrow your Tardis for a minute? I PROMISE I will set a reminder for a month from now, to bring it back to a minute after I left .....
I have been logging exercise on my fitbit app ... but not in MFP and somehow my foodlog is missing from yesterday and today .... and it is already past 9:30 at night and I still have to get my "official 20 minutes intentional exercise" in ... and .... and ....and .... somehow I have been exercising extra-long on the bike lately, which may be why I am more tired and hungry the past few days .... and yet "trending up" this week as in not yet compensated for Easter despite not having chocolate at home .... and my co-worker just came back after a week off today ... and brought each of us a chocolate bunny (even WORSE nutritional sticker shock than the one I didn't buy the Thursday before Easter) ... I said "thanks so much" ... brought it home .... gave it to the receptionists at the imaging clinic just down from my house and said "share it out in the break room" ....
ok. Just Breathe. Oxygen always.
Lets see if I can find that short through-the-woods youtube treadmill video ... or the flip-book style of the South Downs Way going the other direction ....

Good job to everyone for a month of being consistent! We’re almost to the finish line! And guess what? Just as we step over this finish line we are stepping over the next starting line. Now that is Real Life!
