I can't believe that I forgot to post yesterday because it marked my one year with UAC!!!!
On the the topic of when to log...I have found that accurate measuring has been key for me either as I go or pre determining it IF I stick to that pre determined food.8 -

Yes - exactly 20 minutes on mini-trampoline (and a gazillion steps to and from the photocopier .... my fitbit is set for a target 8.000 steps per day as I determine what would be common for a work day .... by the time I arrived home and went up (only 14) stairs to get changed into exercise gear ... I was already at 7,988 ... more that 1000 more than most work days have been the past two weeks!)
