    I can't believe that I forgot to post yesterday because it marked my one year with UAC!!!!
    On the the topic of when to log...I have found that accurate measuring has been key for me either as I go or pre determining it IF I stick to that pre determined food.

    @marthall yes I believe quigong is similar to tai chi, look up Lee Holden on you tube, so gentle first thing in the morning, but very good
