Even though I could only do one 7 minute HIIT round, I'm proud of myself. I only modified a few exercises and I broke a heavy sweat. Hoping to be able to do 4 back to back rounds by the end of the month!!!6 -

Worked 7am-7pm today to get the last stuff prepared for training I’m giving tomorrow, then had an orchestra performance to go to. It was awesome, but I’m up way past my bedtime! Going in early again tomorrow to give the night staff a little training at the end of their shift, then the all-morning training for the ~25 new staff. Day 4 and the finale! I’ve got lots of hands on stuff for them to do to hopefully demonstrate what they’ve learned. Didn’t think I was going to get nearly as many steps today, since I missed my lunch walk for more training prep, but I walked at intermission and then ended up walking home instead of taking the bus despite the lateness of the hour. ^_^8 -

3 pages! I love how busy the beginning of the month is. I hope you all stick around. Late check in and I’m too exhausted to read all the posts. Will catch up tomorrow. Today I’m yes x3. A nice long bike ride, pulling two kids in the trailer with the gear set as high as I could handle.6

I can't believe that I forgot to post yesterday because it marked my one year with UAC!!!!
On the the topic of when to log...I have found that accurate measuring has been key for me either as I go or pre determining it IF I stick to that pre determined food.
Congratulations @less100n00 !!!1 -
@marthall yes I believe quigong is similar to tai chi, look up Lee Holden on you tube, so gentle first thing in the morning, but very good1
