A new month, with new challenges!
For this month, I commit to sticking to a low carb eating plan to lower my blood sugar. Everything else should fall into place.

I want to join you!
I'm challenging myself to:
1) Complete mat Pilates at least 3 days per week
2) Workout at least 5 days per week
3) Lose at least 1 lb. per week
I'll update on Sundays.0 -

I am also aiming to lose 1lb per week, but I really need to step it up with the exercise. Today, I'm hanging out in bed, just got back home from work travel, so being home feels great!0

I haven't been good at checking in, but I plan on re-booting tomorrow, on Memorial day. It's a great day to be on point and on track!0
