Hi,
My doctor suggested MFP to get me off the plateau I’ve been on for months. I originally started to lose weight at 241 lbs. My dr. wants me to log food/keep track of calories but I figure I might as well try other aspects of the app as well.
I’m retired from a 30 year career as a children’s librarian and now am volunteering and playing with my dog and cat, organizing my house and doing a bit of reading and a bunch of Netflix. I have a membership in my university’s rec center, but need motivation to use it.
Looking for my twin!

Hi there! I am almost 61 and nearing retirement (nurse). I would love to pair up with you. I have lost weight (20 lbs) using MFP a couple of years ago and have kept it off, but I want to lose some more and I know summer is the best time to do that.
Where are you located? I'm in NC, but CA is my home state.0
