Second pass day, pretty sure the office cake put me over in calories. It's from my favorite bakery and i enjoyed every bite. Did two long for walks but im sure it wasn't enough to offset the calories.4

What a week for me 😫😫
I fell down my steps and landed on my butt. Was super sore for a couple of days then on Wednesday I had a stomach virus that knocked me down for 2 days...
Finally was able to wake up today and exercise and eat real food!

I know why though, it's coz MFP/Garmin doesn't steal back the swimming calories coz the HRM doesn't work under water, if I hadn't gone for the swim I'd be reporting another pass day.

@RangerRickL I’m sorry for the recent loss of your Mother. Clearly, she was an amazing person with you as her son. I know she was insanely proud of you❣️
I promise you that the pain will become less acute; and the memories even more joyful.
My mother died in 1997 just before her 64th birthday. (10 years after brain cancer was found during surgery for a misdiagnosed blood clot.) I turned 63 recently, which has re-triggered how “unfair” life can be. She truly had the soul of an angel. Loving, caring, unassuming, brighter than people realized, she made me wiser by her modeling, even as she dealt with cancer & gradual loss of abilities. I love you, Mom.💕
What helps me most (which I always share at times like this) is to talk out loud to them. It assuages my grief almost immediately as I realize they are still here with me. She was an often underestimated, loving mom, and many of my better qualities are due to her...❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️7 -

This is copy and pasted from yesterday. I accidentally posted today’s yesterday. I looked back and saw I had already posted... oops. I didn’t pay attention to the date.
Exercise-yes. Wow, I really didn’t think I’d do any today but I set up a daily reminder for this challenge. Even though I’m limited due to my injured knee, it’s up a sort of circuit training at hone with a kettlebell, etc and got my 20 minutes in - woot! Thank you all for your support!

@goldthistime I may have to look into getting a humidifier. We've had more sickness in this house in the past 9 months since my toddlers started at daycare. 🙄 All those germfilled kids running around sneezing on everything. 😜0
