    Good Morning!

Super busy day on tap today. There is a part of me that likes that, but there is another part of me that wants to just be on a warm beach somewhere.

We just can't get rid of the moisture here. 55% of the days so far this calendar year have had at least .01 of rain/snow. That's just crazy.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin'.

36° this morning and light rain. Maine expecting 6" of snow. Warmer tomorrow and may go paddling with a friend; will try to get in a hike today if rain stops. Don't mind rain if warm, or the cold if dry, but cold & wet is bad.

Went to funeral Mass and burial yesterday and "mercy meal" afterward. Church was standing room only, with the bishop and 10 priests officiating. The family is friends with the other family that just lost their 22 y.o. son in December. Saw the father there at the meal.

My weight was up again the other day. Need to figure out a way to get in daily exercise even when life gets "too busy". I noticed Fit-bit has a Fitstar feature with brief workouts and animations showing what to do. Bible study this morning, which I think I'll just skip to avoid a likely donut confrontation.

    Have a great day.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Much cooler today - high around 58 - and light rain, but I'm going for a hike, anyway. My goal is a little-used trail through a valley of old growth trees; real giants. That sort of hike is just fine in the rain. We'll see how it goes. For me to stay on my track to 70 hikes in my 70th year I want to getat least one in every week, regardless of weather.

    Mornin' gents.

Its good you can be there for those families, Mike.

Cool and rainy again here today.

Got any doctor appointments today, Sam?

Thanks for the review, Bill. DW and I will try to see in theater instead of waiting for it to come out on cable.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning

Rough night. Had trouble sleeping so I finally gave up and came downstairs. Fell asleep in a chair around 3:30 or so. We have a surprise return visit of rain this evening for the next 5 days. I had a great day yesterday with a refresher class over in Palo Alto for the posture methodology I use. I was feeling great so I just hang out and drank great coffee and relaxed for a bit. Best coffee I have had in years. I need to get out back today and get things done and put away before the rain comes. Rain this time of year is unusual.

So sorry Bill. Return of rain here too which we need. More common here in PacNW where it use to always rain some until close to the 4th of July anyway.

    Good Afternoon,
Eye doctor tomorrow, GP thinks last stroke may have affected vision and rheumatologist is concerned about retinal toxicity.
Some varmint has gotten into my front sod as well as eaten my okra.
I'm trying not to complain about rain, know we will be begging for rain as temps heat up. Expected to be in 90's later in week.
When I was working I would always rather be too busy, that way day and time seemed to pass faster.
Bill, tramadol, meloxicam and plaquenil helps keep me going and aids in sleep at night; of course these drugs have side effects which requires other prescriptions.
Lee, training Thursday and this weekend?
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am
