 I’m always on the lookout for signs that I find interesting and amusing. This sign was in front of a house that I visited yesterday.

 A great day!
 Ate lunch & dinner at home. Improved sodium dramatically. Very pleased. No pass Days with 5 days to go!
 Exercise 91 min wt lifting - legs, core, arms,back
 Calories: under 328!
 Tracked all - every unsalted, partial nut!
 One month & 2 days of maintenance complete. Rings have gotten much looser. I’ve definitely built muscle. Thin pants fit. Scale up slightly, but mostly from sodium I let go too high until I noticed. BP is normal 110/70 even with more sodium. Not sure if this means I still need to restrict it or not. For now, I am.

 Another pass day, planned this time. I've just logged my food for the day so far, I'm not logging dinner, we're having a family BBQ.

 I just got over the last cold and now I have a new one. A friend of mine is in the same boat, constantly sick. What’s wrong with us you might wonder? We are affectionate with our wee grandchildren, who are coming to our house with every bug going around. Am I trying to say being a grandparent is a negative? Of course not, it’s incredible. I couldn’t have guessed how in love I would be. Just trying to comfort anyone anxiously awaiting grandchildren. The grass IS greener, but there are prickles in it 5 5

 Went to gym second day in a row. Hubby went with me. We've never lived close enough to a real gym to join. Just go when we are staying in hotel when we travel. This one is 24/7. We are staying in our camper checking out the town we are hoping to be moving to.
 Goal: finding a house with the gym close by. I love the challenge. Found a couple machines to do abs which is what I want to work on. Great treadmills. Mine can't hold a candle to thiers even though it's a pretty good for a home machine.

            @goldthistime, you may want to try these. I've been taking them about three years now, all year, and have only had one cold in that time, and it didn't even last as long as they used to. They come in raspberry and orange. Hope you feel better soon!

            @goldthistime I agree with @BonnieHosk85 on how good immune support is especially important if you easily catch the "C.R.U.D. I don't take them all of the time but when I feel like I've been exposed to germs i will use the EmergenC powder packs right away to boost my immune system. I almost always dodge the bullet. I'm immune suppressed but with precautions and the immune support (EmergenC) when I Itravel and when I'm exposed to germs I'm less sick than my "healthy" friends.3

 Thank you both! I’m already an Emergen-C convert. I try to use the powder when I feel like I’m at risk, although admittedly I don’t think of it every time.4

 Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 6 mile run outside this morning since I had off for Memorial Day. Plus I knew we had friends coming over and my husband was making his amazing homemade gluten free pizza and I wanted to enjoy it!

            3 x yes ( short report, as I need to get out the door ) lots of steps end of this past week, as we did the "cubicle shuffle" ... and it seems incredible to me how many "kids" (under 35-40 ish crowd) don't know how to unplug / reattach peripherals to the docking station. And I'M sixty! They are called "USB" connectors for a reason, people .... and the U stands for "universal" .....2
