3 x yes, thanks to a bike ride that earnt me sufficient calories so that my attack of the 'munchies' didn't send me over.
That's 11 pass days, 14 non-pass days. Will I be able to keep it up today? Tomorrow is a planned pass day, not that I'm going to be a total pig, just that I won't be tracking dinner.2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walk with the hubby
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, holiday weekend at the lake is providing a lot of temptation. Will do better tomorrow. ☹️
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, and it showed me how bad some foods really are!!!3 -

Long walk + replaced the live-well pump on my fishing boat. Lots of squats and standing on my head trying to reach tight places. I wish the rain would stop so I could get out and test it. (I know, rain should not stop me, but wind does.)5 -

If I use a pass day it’s usually because i didn’t exercise 20 min continuously. If I splurge, maybe eat too much of something, I reign it in, get back on track. Funny, these days to look at my food log and what I think isn’t that great a day is tons better than before I really watched my macros, fiber and protein, intake, worked on increasing fruits, veggies and lots of water 💦 So a cheat day isn’t going nuts for me, still being mindful of my choices and logging them. Great topic!1 -
