What's the biggest obstacle to you exercising every day?

There's always something! Mine is letting my schedule nix any chance (or so I think) of getting active.
Plus I tend to think of 'active' as wearing gym clothes and working out... when it could mean I walk for 30 minutes. Seriously.

Hi! I just joined this group. My biggest obstacle is not getting up early to squeeze in a workout before the day gets ahead of me. I regularly think about getting up at 5:30 am but struggle with actually making it happen. I'm very inconsistent about workouts0
