    104 min exercise ♥️
    Walked 5 miles in 100 of them, babying the ankle. Delighted that my walking speed has increased!
    Calories under by 60❣️
    Tracked all!!

    2 days to go! 1 pass Day remaining but I don’t plan to use it.

    Well under in calories for the day, just did not make it out because of cold weather, rain and winter early sunset.

    Also worked late.

    This is my 4th pass for the month, so no circle this month for me - All passes were due to lack of ability to get out and exercise {and not make up with bodyweight}

    One of my goals is to be honest with myself and everyone else. Even if it means not making circle. In this I am still successful and I class that as a win.

    On the coldest (and wettest) day so far this year, my manager was in town (works primarily in another state) and asked me to come into the office for a meeting. As commute into city is over an hour, I usually work from home unless at a client site.

    My usual raft of phone conferences was handled in the city as well as meeting with manager.

    Managed to dodge the rain to stay mostly dry for walk.

    Not much else to report.

    Rose & I flew to Portland, Oregon yesterday. This is a photo of Mount Hood. The picture does not do it justice!
    Our youngest, Ethan, 27 years, is getting married this Saturday!

    Today is 3 X’s Yes with 3 hours of gardening and I will be under by about 20 calories (I prelogged dinner)

    Unexpected pass day 4. Out of the winner's circle this month. I'm a bit disappointed, but I have done way better than any other attempt I've made, established some great habits, and learned a lot from you guys.

    Today is proof that I have indeed had a transformative lifestyle change. I have been fighting a horrible headache all day. I even had to cancel on a girl's night out with former co-workers. But, even though my head is killing me I got on my bike and did my 20 minutes. Could have been that I didn't have any more pass days this month, but I think it's because it has become ingrained in me to keep up with the exercise, no matter what. I'm so happy I found this group. Please send drugs!! :s

    @BonnieHosk85 Sorry to hear about your headache, and kudos to you for getting on the bike and doing the 20min still. I’m still battling a sinus infection and I find the bike to be my only exercise option because I can hold my head relatively still. Just glad that there is one!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 hour 15 minutes slow paced walk and 1 hour of vigorous low impact aerobics this evening to make up for those extra Popcorners I ate! No, NO, NO, NO , NOoooo!
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I did but I had to use exercise calories to stay on target.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    @BonnieHosk85 So very sorry for your headache today. I've suffered a lifetime with migraines which run rampant in my family. Commendable that you were able to exercise on top of a headache. I would never have been able to accomplish that. I just preferred to stay buried in the dark 3 days at a time.
    Wishing everyone else good health, too...particularly as we are about to embark on a new month.

Good to be back hoping next month will be great too.

    @ForAmmanda222 glad to hear you will be back in June. Hang in there. It takes a while to develop new habits. I always tell myself "just take baby steps".
    Little by little the new habits will stick and you will see results.
