    Awesome pictures, Raine!

    Round Two - "A" Shift was working this morning.....one of the members is actually a neighbor up my street.....and when I was in Fire Service, I was on "A" Shift. So showed back up with more donuts this morning. They were dressed, groomed and ready for service. We laughed about yesterday's crews.

    Meeting up with an old high school friend today. Good grief - 30 years!

    Anyone doing something fun/exciting?

    I'm going to the flower nursery when they open at 8, that's fun. To me anyway.

    Met baby Arianna, shes so little oh my! One forgets just how small newborns are!

    Double date for Rocket Man movie later, maybe!

    Morning BBB

    Slept in my own bed for only the third night in May. June will be home more.

    Today is tons of errands etc as we wrap up life in Nebraska. Need to get going but coffee with Irish creme and Netflix is calling my name.

    Yougest nephew broke his elbow this week. Too many kids on a trampoline where he is the yougest (but not the smallest) was likely the culprit. No surgery but a cast for weeks.

    I guess dealing with critters is part of having a garden, unless you have containers in your high-rise apartment. Laughing at your cage-climbing rabbits, sam. We are dealing with racoons.

    Installing a new security light on the back of the house, today. That is about the limit of my electrician skills.

    •Yea Steph trampolines are a problem. One broken elbow and another broken leg.
    •got my worm bin set up yesterday. All the folks around have recycling of kitchen veggie scraps done by trash haulers but not us.
    •possibly a racoon dug up a couple of my arugula plants. So is racoon tasty when ya pick out the shotgun pellets?? I suppose brined, stuffed with apples and smoked in a grill?? Teehee.

    Busy doing a lot of stuff today.

    Tomorrow I’ll be painting trim all day long.

    Looks like we MIGHT be looking for a new church. Part of our church motto is that people matter. They really mean only certain people. They let go 7 or 8 people last week. Treated them like criminals. One had been there 22 years. Our church has a school connected to it. I don’t get the direction they are headed.

    It’s gorgeous outside. I’m outside now with a book. Nice.

    Glad you’re home for a least s couple nights Steph.

    Have not had coon in years; many many years ago would get together with some friends and a few coon dogs and see who's dog treed the first and most racoons. Brothers Black and Tan generally would tree first coon. Neal was my Irish Setter back then and a great bird dog but had no interest in coons. Bob that was before crockpots, but we would cage them for a couple of weeks before cooking, par boil then fry, you know in south we use to fry everything.
    Worm beds are great if one enjoys fishing.
    Kelly, seen many a church torn down by a few pushing their agenda in the "Lord's" name; in fact we find many examples in Bible, Old and New Testament.
    Nothing sleeps as good as ones on bed.
    When I think about old high school friends I'm going back 50 years, darn I'm getting old.
    Continues HOT, but a cool front is coming with a 20% chance of rain and highs only in 90's
    DMIL says she is going to church tomorrow, we'll see she had large margarita at supper tonight.
