Great goals @craigo3154! We don’t have snow often in Las Vegas, but a great one this year, a lot for here 5-8 inches❄️☃️
Great job @MadisonMolly2017, 12x in the winner circle!!!!
@ForAmanda222, beach walk sounds so very nice😊
@windowqueen2003, enjoy your weekend! It’s harder for me to stay on track when I’m away from home. And I love peanut M&Ms😋
Awesome 29K steps @fitphoenix!🙌🏻😎
Great quote @Ketch_22!
Great goals @devon_redux! I find I do better with exercise in the am. That way I’m sure it gets done. But sometimes it’s at night🤣 I’m a night owl, I find reading before I go to sleep helps, 💕 my Kindle.
Great job everyone would logged all last month and all in the Winner’s Circle for May. Let’s have a great June😊🌟

Well for June 1 I was yes, yes, yes.
I will need this motivation for tracking and exercise.6 -
Back for the third month, the ultimate aim of course is to get in the winners circle, but I'll settle for being mostly good and matching last month's split of pass and non pass days.
Kicking off with a non-pass day for 1st June!8 -

Congratulations everyone who made it through May! Well done all in the much coveted winner's circle! Welcome to June old and new! Let's make it a good one!
Yes x 3 for friday, went to bed at 7pm , very busy day!
Yes x 3 for today, walked around Great Yarmouth UK, and along the promenade at Gorleston in the evening, had fish and chip supper, all accounted for and tbh didn't really enjoy them, left half the batter and chips as just knew it wasn't healthy!

@RangerRickL since this is about accountability I have to be forth coming and say I am NOT in the circle. I had four pass days last month.
I certainly feel like a winner! And congratulations to all who made it, it’s hard!!!
First day of June off to a good start.
3 X’s Yes. 60 minutes kickboxing and a very low calorie day.6 -

Yes to all three for Sunday
Still not 100% after some food posioning, i had barely any appetite. So i was under calories by a larger margin than normal. Silver lining! Also took the dog for a walk, felt good to be outside.

- Exercise - hill repeats in the neighborhood. Not quite 1,000 feet of climb. Ran my heart up near redline for a while. Funny how I can do that on short hill repeats.
When I am a long single shot hill I run my heart at lower intensity. That is a good thing though. But it is satisfying to see that I can still get my heart rate up.
- Food - I closed the kitchen with my usual practice of slugging down some psyllium fiber juice. Some years ago I used to go to Weight Watchers. Back then they had a points slider. You were supposed to look at nutrition labels and slide that slider up according to calories but you could slide it down a little bit according to fiber. That is how you arrive at points.
- But I went to a doctor one time. Old guy like me got to go to a doctor called gastroenterologist. He knows how to do something called colonoscopy. I know, I know, but you have to do it. It is part of wanting to live.
- That guy asked me if I took fiber supplement. I said yes. He said "what kind?" I said "psyllium husk."
- He said "double it!"
So yeah. That is how I close the kitchen. My fiber chug.
Weird eh?

It was a super off day for me. Even though I woke up, wanting to get a good start on this accountability challenge, it ended on a not so ideal note. Just to sum it up really quick, it was grocery shopping day and me being so out of it, forgot the list for the groceries and had to make frequent visits back to the grocery store ( 3 times total... I don't know what was wrong with me. I don't drink or take drugs but still managed to act as if I do....*groan*) and still ended up forgetting stuff !!!(like salad being a major one) by that point I was so fed up I settled for less than healthy dinner plan (street meat) and called it a day

Thanks to each of you (and to the other welcomes to newbies in general).
I've had a big win on exercise. I've doubled the length of any previous streaks! Of course all previous streaks were only 1 day, so there's that, lol.2 -
Congratulations to all who made the winner's circle!
Pass Day 1
I forgot it was June1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 20,000 steps walking around Philadelphia with my son and his fiance
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but only because of those 20K steps!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
And CONGRATULATIONS to all who stayed with the challenge throughout the month of May. I did fairly well, but am dealing with some weight gain. Going to figure it out and keep moving forward. 4 days in Philly with my son probably didn't help the weight issue...but worth every calorie!3 -
Today was my graduation ceremony so I definitely didnt track or stay on target. There was a lot of walking though so I probably hit my exercise inadvertently!1
-
First pass day - my son's 8th birthday!2
-
Exercise: yes, cut down 2 - 50ft trees, hauled wood off, picked up all branches
Calories: was able to rein them in and stay on track
Track: yes, had to go back and add something i forgot, but I did track it!4 -
Exercise...yes
Tracking...yes
Calories....yes!!!3 -
First day of June I met the first day of my first challenge with flying colors! My calories were within limit and I tracked everything. For exercise, I did a significant amount of cleaning (several hours) helping some friends who had water in their basement. Considering I work at a desk M-F, this is a major improvement.4
