Sunday 2nd June.
Too much wine with dinner turned a good day into an unplanned pass day.
Mon 3rd June.
Feeling rough after last night's wine, but otherwise I was on track with 3 x yes. Back on track.

For a challenge on MFP once I did squats yo failure and I only got to 90. I was sore for days. How on earth did you get to 100?

I like that curmudgeon phrase better. That cabezon phrase didn't really translate like I thought it would. I plugged it into google and was a bit dismayed at some of the results.1 -

@Amber8714 Yes, sometimes MFP does act up and can be frustrating. Hang in there and keep trying. It's worth it.
@HelensBeads I understand the disappointment. Been there many times myself. I am finding having the UAC page very helpful.

Pass #3 didn't fill in food diary today either .... and unexpected evening needed at my mom's messed with exercise timing.8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, C25K. I fell behind a little at the end of last week. I tend to overbook myself and then get overwhelmed, anxious and then procrastinate. I am learning to give myself grace - there is no deadline for this - but a continuation of healthy habits. So, I'm back on track, feeling better and more in sync.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but I ate the exercise calories. I have no 'goal' on this - but last month, if I was hungry I ate them, if not - I didn't. It seemed to work ok.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

I made it the last two days away from home. Not easy and my choices were a bit questionable but stayed under. Still bummed out at having to use a pass day the 1st. Back home for now...going to be easier.
No refined sugars or candy jars ect. I only keep things I can feel good about on hand. I will have to mentally prepare myself the next time. After I had some sweets I felt so bad and almost nauseous. I by no means had very much but what I had made me feel awful. I made a mental note to myself to remember how bad I feel at that moment when I'm faced with this dilemma the next time.7 -
