Day 6! Progress!

Well, I didn't get around to my double day yet, but I'm still staying on track otherwise. And a small victory: yesterday my physical therapist says my shoulder is the strongest it's been since we started working together! I don't know if it's really possible that it's because of 30DS, but it's motivating to pretend that might be the cause! :)

How is everyone else feeling? Is the workout getting a little easier than it felt on Day 1?

    I know you’ve already finished Day 6, but this is technically Day 6 for me and YES, it has gotten easier! I love that I can already notice a difference
