Fitbit still not syncing

Its been weeks now that fitbit isnt syncing. Whats happening? I thought the problem was fixed?

Mine has been the same. It’s been 3-4 weeks since it’s synced. I’ve been been logging my calories here. Then I check Fitbit to asee how many I’ve burned that day.2
