Is there an app that folks use to track their lifting? I just have a notepad in my phone and I've not put dates down. I'd like something easy that helps to track my weight for a movement for the number of reps.

I use Personal Records. I love it! It is very basic, but it does what I need. You can add results as time, weight, AMRAP or Reps. Highly recommend.0
