    I’m jumping back in …last time I made it an entire year though I was pescatarian eating fish and shrimp once in awhile. I felt the best ever but got tired of cooking one type of meal for myself and another for my family as they refuse to give up meat. I’ve decided my health is more important and worth the extra effort.
