    Hot. Hot. Rode this morning and then spent most of the rest of the day doing projects that did not involve spending much time outside.

    @goldthistime congrats on being only 1 pound away from goal...fabulous accomplishment!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 50 minutes outside walk this morning with DH and Annie.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, on target...and only 1 day to go!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Enjoying a fabulous stretch of weather...and not complaining about the heat!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 6 mile run outside this morning and LOTS of walking -- ending the day with almost 30K steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Exercised: 32 minutes stationary bike + 16K steps (including a 90-minute dance class)

    Had a lovely catered lunch yesterday and ate a little too much but didn’t go totally crazy. Had a light dinner to balance it out and still stayed under calories.

    One of the workshops at the conference was a dance session, and then we got to perform at the ball, so that was a nice active surprise.

    I am in the winners’ circle this month!

    Good exercise today. Mr Wizard calling it upwards of 1700 cal. I won't eat into it much.
    Today I am down to my set point but I think I am going to lower my set point by another five.
    Tracking... tracking alcohol has been a deal for me this month. I am down to less than 2 units per day average.
    Things that don't work for me - beer and peanuts. Peanuts are high calorie. Beer erases my resolve. Heh! cascading deleterious effect there.
    Winter time - I am already trying to lay a plan for winter time.
    Winter time I will go to the trail, it'll be below freezing, grass laying flat to blowing wind. I get back in the car and declare beer thirty. I got to do something else.
    Go to a cardio class or something. I don't know why I don't do that anymore. It come with my Medicare advantage free now. Got left footed somehow.
