Travelled home from Canberra. Lots of walking at lunch before leaving and through airports.
Saw daughters play with the youth theatre. She did well. Not only is she acting in it, but wrote quite a number of the scenes.
Good to be home.

Rained most of the day here, so no real chance to get out and walk (as forecast). Bodyweight exercises before bed.
Lots of preparation for drone race tomorrow. Seeded first in my division, but very strong competition in the field of over 20. Lots of good pilots coming up through the ranks. Will just try fly my best and see how it all turns out.

Calories? Yes, well into exercise calories though. I ate more today than I’ve eaten for the last 9 weeks, feel like with all this cycling I’ve been burning the candle at both ends.

One more deficit day for me and then I’m switching over to maintenance calories. Altogether I’m down 14lbs, only 1lb left to my goal weight. Woot woot!

Exercise: Yes, 20 minute strength. went from 10lbs on shoulder press+upright row to 12lb! it aint much but my goal is to get to 16lb.
Calories: Yes. Made some cake so a banana wouldn't go to waste and it was awesome, had a small slice after a big dinner and felt satisfied, no need for seconds.

Had a lovely catered lunch yesterday and ate a little too much but didn’t go totally crazy. Had a light dinner to balance it out and still stayed under calories.
One of the workshops at the conference was a dance session, and then we got to perform at the ball, so that was a nice active surprise.

Good exercise today. Mr Wizard calling it upwards of 1700 cal. I won't eat into it much.
Today I am down to my set point but I think I am going to lower my set point by another five.
Tracking... tracking alcohol has been a deal for me this month. I am down to less than 2 units per day average.
Things that don't work for me - beer and peanuts. Peanuts are high calorie. Beer erases my resolve. Heh! cascading deleterious effect there.
Winter time - I am already trying to lay a plan for winter time.
Winter time I will go to the trail, it'll be below freezing, grass laying flat to blowing wind. I get back in the car and declare beer thirty. I got to do something else.
Go to a cardio class or something. I don't know why I don't do that anymore. It come with my Medicare advantage free now. Got left footed somehow.2 -
