    Congrats to everyone who made it in the winners circle! It’s not easy sometimes I drag myself to a workout but I never feel bad after!

    I’m excited to make it to the Winners Circle again. The beginning of this month was quite a challenge. Congrats to all members of the group. Every day a little healthier. See you all in July!

    Exercised: 35 minutes elliptical + 20 minutes laps in the pool + 16K steps

    Ate okay but not great at the conference lunch, and then there were treats at the volunteer social for the conference, and that put me over. Enjoyed the food, however, and am glad that I was able to socialise and relax. Expecting the next couple days to also be full of food I don’t normally eat, but they’re key parts of my holiday enjoyment, and then it will be back to a more nutritious norm. Still working on balance, but feeling good overall.

    Happy end of June and congrats to all those in the Winners’ Circle and those who are still here and posting. :)
