Exercise: No, not really, did some chores here and there and some full-body stretches but had no chance to work out or even take a walk.

I was gifted a scale today! So I weighed in for the first time in a long while and I am now from 140lb --> 138lb. It's only 2lb, not much and was hoping to get to 134lb at least but it's a start. Been stuck on this same number for months now but with the new scale I can be even more mindful around food and keep consistent track of progress. Aiming to do better in July

Clear weather, sunny, but cold and windy (best that can be expected for winter).
Flew competition today. Flew OK. Placed poorly (5th). For some reason feel really disappointed with todays result flying and it's put me in a bad, self-deprecating mood that I cannot seem to shake. The mood, I know, is totally irrational, hopefully it will pass soon.
Posted a video of one of my best flights.

Exercised: 35 minutes elliptical + 20 minutes laps in the pool + 16K steps

Ate okay but not great at the conference lunch, and then there were treats at the volunteer social for the conference, and that put me over. Enjoyed the food, however, and am glad that I was able to socialise and relax. Expecting the next couple days to also be full of food I don’t normally eat, but they’re key parts of my holiday enjoyment, and then it will be back to a more nutritious norm. Still working on balance, but feeling good overall.
