Hi everyone,
I love to share recipes! My family is not ready to give up their animal proteins yet so I made this chicken shawarma dish using chicken for them and tofu for myself. I simply marinated extra-firm tofu for a few hours in the marinade and then sauteed it in a skillet. I didn't make the other vegetables in the recipe as I had cauliflower and sweet potato on hand. The garlic tahini yogurt was very yummy! It was a delicious meal!
