First of many pass days this month I’m sure! We’ve been on the road since 4:30 this morning and we get to our hotel at midnight! Outside of stretching our legs no chance to exercise! At least I kept the calories in check which is always a challenge eating out. Good luck this month guys!!!!7 -

Track everything? Yes, spent all day in the hospital with my husband's surgery but used MFP to track my meals.
Under calorie goal? Yes, think knowing I had to report to the group helps with this the most as the calorie intake has been my biggest struggle.5 -
We have all 4 grandchildren with us for several days. Lot's of fun, but mighty tough to control my calories.

Welcome to August challenge everyone! You have made the first step. For anyone that hasn't been here before this is the best support group on MFP I think you will enjoy being a part of it.
My goal for August is to loose 5 pounds. I have a lot going on as I am on holidays from August 16th - 26th. I also turn 60 on August 22nd and my friends and family are planning a big party on Aug. 24th. I am hoping to still make the winners circle but I do plan on using my pass days this month I CAN DO THIS!
