Track everything? Yes, spent all day in the hospital with my husband's surgery but used MFP to track my meals.

We have all 4 grandchildren with us for several days. Lot's of fun, but mighty tough to control my calories.

Welcome to August challenge everyone! You have made the first step. For anyone that hasn't been here before this is the best support group on MFP I think you will enjoy being a part of it.
My goal for August is to loose 5 pounds. I have a lot going on as I am on holidays from August 16th - 26th. I also turn 60 on August 22nd and my friends and family are planning a big party on Aug. 24th. I am hoping to still make the winners circle but I do plan on using my pass days this month I CAN DO THIS!

@pribud yes it's great to see you back here, and @2020pinktogo! We're so lucky that the fabulous @RangerRickL keeps it going. I haven't been a consistent UAC member over the last year due to pregnancy and a newborn but now I'm back and hoping the UAC helps get be back in shape and better fitness (so pretty much back to the same place I was 3 years ago with you guys with my now 3 and a half year old!). Time flies eh!4

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I had a lot of AM errands to run and made sure to park further away at each place to get my steps/time in.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Even with going to a movie last night ( movie theatre popcorn with butter is my weakness) Super proud of myself. I asked for butter but not extra butter and I only got a small. I didn't eat it all either.
