I'm a vegetarian married to an omnivore. My older daughter adopted a vegan lifestyle 10 to 12 years ago, and she is one one of healthiest, fittest people I know.
One of my goals is to lose weight using portion control, a food diary, and regular exercise.0 -
Great, I can learn a lot from you lol. I'm just beginning the journey and my daughter is not all that thrilled about it lol.0

My short term goals right now are to improve my endurance while running, to weight 70kg and to at least one strict pull-up. I'd like to have it all done until the end of september.1

I'm not vegan, however I don't eat red meat. I feel pretty good about it and someday I want to stop eating chicken *kitten* well.0

My goal is to loose weight and to run a 5k. I'm eating much healthier and working out consistently. My goal weight is 135. I'm at 150 now.0
