Before I left our farm this morning to travel from Chicago to Pittsburgh, this was in front of my house. I grew up baling hay and working on a farm. This tractor is making his second pass while cutting our clover to become hay for horses.
I just love the smell of freshly mown hay!16 -

I helped put up a few thousand bails in my youth too! Summer job. Walked ( weeded with a hoe) beans too. 🤪

Hi, all.
I was in UAT Feb, Mar, April and had great results - about 16 lbs lost.
I had a health issue, and then I just stopped exercising/diet plan afterwrads.
Gained about 12 back.
Anyhow I am back in the saddle, so to speak.
Trying a new exercise out; kickboxing class - 1hr.
Yesterday was - intense lo
But I feel great.. if not sore.16 -

Calories?: Yes - 1198/1200 (hmmm, 2 calories spare, lol - celery perhaps, or one tic tac, haha!)

Good morning everyone! Had a sleepless night last night as my husband (Bud) had to go to the hospital for a cardio conversion at 6am this morning. Conversion worked well and we are back home. Going to go have a nap before going to work this evening as I do not want to be so tired that it has a negative impact on my healthy eating
I am listening to my body...lol one of my new habits I am developing!
