Hi! I’m from Calgary, and am a newly diagnosed celiac - taking on the Keto adventure hoping to lose some weight and manage my IBS better before moving to Ireland next year (also being able to Marie Kondo my wardrobe before moving would be excellent!). Would love a buddy! :smile:

    Hi you two, I'd love to check in with both of you regularly if possible. I'm not too active on MFP (just sort of trying to get active on here), but I'd like to try and be. I have the same height (I'm actually 5'9 1/2) and CW, just have a little higher goal weight - about 165 I would be happy with. Are either of you two on Facebook?
