I'm starting a week late, but better late than never.
My goals for the remainder of the month is to:
- Eat Keto
- Fast a minimum of 16hrs per day
- Drink enough water to stay hydrated
- Engage in prayer and meditation daily
My stats:
SW: 174.8
CW: 172.4
GW: 168 by end of July

So I didn't gain, but I know exactly why my progress is slow, as I haven't been 100% keto. I aim for a better result by next Friday.1 -

171.8, so I lost a little this week, but not sure if it’s enough to get me into the 160s by the end of next week, but here’s to hoping!0 -
