Should you/do you eat back exercise cals while pregnant?

    4th pregnancy here, this is what I have been told...
    If you are underweight, definitely yes.
    If you are average weight, only if you are hungry.
    If you are overweight, no.

    I have had 2 average weight pregnancies and 2 overweight pregnancies.

    Depends how many calories you are eating otherwise and how much you are burning. Burn 50 cals? Probably not too worried. Burned 300 cals? Yep yep yep, even if i were overweight.

    I've only been a normal weight pregnant person, but I eat them back based on hunger. When I crossfit I'll usually be more hungry and eat them back. When I walk I think Fitbit overestimates because I don't feel very hungry so I tend to ignore those.
