    Last night, as I was trying to discover a worthwhile Monday discussion idea, I wondered what each one of us might be struggling with. There is a lot of really great aspects to our thoughtful habit journey. Nonetheless, please share what might not be working for you.

    Working to balance my love of food and healthy habits along with trying to get back in shape have been my struggle
