@crazyravr This Ropa Vieja was fine. I liked it better the second day. The olives was one of my favorite parts. The veggies really disappeared into the sauce. I will be looking at other recipes to add more flavor. And maybe cooking in two stages so some of the veggies don't turn to mush. So please report back after you make yours. Would love to know how it turned out. Thanks, happy cooking!

Also I used skirt steak from frozen so I was not able to trim it before. Next time I will trim it well. I had some undesirable pieces cooking it this way. Now I know. :)

Looks great, just wish it had more fresh ingredients in it.

I made chili yesterday. Wasn't overly fond of it though (but that's on me for throwing random things in there lol).

I use my PC once a week to make my soup (huge 9 litre pot, lasts me all week).
This one was a potato based soup as I've been awy for tha past 2 weeks and could smell the potatoes in the fridge ๐Ÿ˜ฃ
Potatoes, red lentils, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, onion, spinach, curry powder, cumin, pul biber, garlic, salt & black pepper plus a chicken stock cube and lits of water.
I've got at least 10 portions and will add chili peppers and nutritional yeast to each meals bowl ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hello, I'm new to this group. We got our ip as a gift last Christmas & love it. This past week I've been making chicken soup in it. Made it 3 times because we've all been sick with the flu. Came out great every time. I like to put barley in it so that & cut us potatoes I add for last 7 minutes
