Just back from an amazing 2 week holiday in the beautiful county of Dorset uk, lots of walking & my beloved yoga mat accompanied me, am now refreshed and needing to get back in my routine/habit. Nice to see so many of you still here!
Exercise yes, 20 min gardening, 60 min cleaning, 32 degrees here & it's bank holiday Monday!

@fatbambi2017 welcome home! Wow - you've been lucky with the weather. This weekend has been too hot for me though.
Yes x 3. Exercise was pilates and walking. We shared a picnic with a big group of friends today. I managed to politely decline calorific offers and accept veggies.8 -
Good day today, even though it got off to a rocky start with a 1:30 am wrong number telephone call ... didn't get back to sleep till almost 3:30 🙁 Still managed to stay on plan, ride Annie and get a good hour and 20 min at the gym. AND we finally got a really good rain; it has been very dry here. Looking forward to an early bedtime and a good night's sleep.9

25th was my first pass day I literally slept the whole day. I was out cold guess the body needed it.

The best part of the day had two things a walk of over 2 miles at lunch with at this point in the evening no knee pain this is something that sidelined me in June. The second was a chance after work to play my new Yamaha guitar oh yeah I also rode my motorcycle to work nice day keep up all your hard work9 -

Out of the running for this month's winner's circle. This has been a tough weekend. My hubby went to Fla. with our sons to visit his father. He has Parkinson's Dementia and is now in stage 4 kidney failure. It was a rough weekend for them and I've struggled and I didn't even go. almost used a pass day as I didn't get home from work until 9:15pm (12hr day) but being so close to the end of the month, I didn't want to use another pass day (already have 5) so I did a home cardio workout. Less pass days used this month than in July so hoping to have even less in September.7 -

@snowshoe072 Enjoy your new guitar...I had a Yamaha 12 string guitar years ago. Sold it for all of $25 in the late 1970's. Sometimes I wish I still had it. I gave the piano my Grandmother gave to me to my oldest son when his daughter thought she would like to play. Bought another used piano and then gave that one away to my youngest son when his oldest daughter wanted to play. No more instruments in this house (except my husband has an accordion he doesn't play)...I do miss the piano from time to time.
@2020pinktogo I could have used a full day of rest...I never did go to bed the night before last (working on a project the entire night); and I've been dragging for the last two days. Didn't do my exercise today until 10PM...just procrastinating. If UAC wasn't waiting for my post...I might have skipped the exercise for today altogether!
All signed up for September...but it will definitely be a no WC month for me. We will be on vacation for nearly 3 weeks in September. UAC will keep me accountable for the first 10 days of the month, though.9 -
