Hey all! How does every one feel about posting a weigh in for the group on this Friday? We can link starting weight and current weight and we can help out any one struggling with tips and ideas?

Would anyone be open to a discord for this. My phone never updates me on when there are new posts. I just figured that would be an easier way for better/faster communication1
