Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Slightly over today, a few too many crackers snacked on. Tis another day tomorrow and I'll be back on track 💪

I ran a marathon today so i am eating everything and not tracking one iota!20 -
Today was a roasting hot day! I know we will still have some cold spells but it's amazing to see summer is on its way.
I went for a run this morning but I'm still not able to run a full 30 minutes yet so it was a run walk, then a busy day at work.
My calories are a bit over today but I've eaten under this week overall so I'm counting this as within the goal for me.
Packed for the conference and ready for my supervisor to pick me up tomorrow and watching some Brooklyn Nine-Nine for relaxing tonight.11 -

hi there best wishes to all! tracked no problem, came in a few hundred below maintenance and took one of our dogs for a walk - our springers are now walking lovely on the lead so looking forward to taking them out more. lots of nice leftovers in the fridge - all good x11

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked for over an hour, most of it at a rather slow pace as I took my partner who has rheumatic knees and complained about feeling tired.
Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes, without using the extra exercise calories. I quite enjoy the planning and preparing of nice meals with variety and nutrition, within the calorie maximum.

Today's food for my soul was the exhibition of prize-winning work by graduates of our Art College, some very beautiful, all interesting. A George Clooney film this evening with a little yoghurt as a snack.11 -

Good day with Annie ... we are starting to figure out passage! Then spent a couple of hours painting wood trim on back of the house. A couple of touch ups tomorrow and it should look pretty good. Goal is to do the front before the end of Sept.
Good day food wise today as well ... got a decent night's sleep, which is a major help when it comes to staying on plan. Getting a handle on sleep issues is the other big goal for Sept.10 -

@RangerRickL Please no more hints that summer is ending . We had an absolutely horrendous spring with nothing but rain and mud...but the summer has been glorious. If only we could have our summer weather 10 months of the year instead of 2.8 -
