Mornin' gents.
We get all our news for free off the internet and TV. Miss the paper.
Hit Boston traffic on way home from Maine trial yesterday because I was talking on the phone (bluetooth of course) and thought my GPS was telling me to get take an exit because I had been searching for a coffee stop and it turns out it was telling me to take the exit to skirt the city and not run through Boston on 95. There was a Patriots and a Red Sox game later that day so it turned into a parking lot. Probably lucky it only put me behind 45 min.
Be OP ;-)

Good Morning!
Lee, when we were in Boston in 1999, I loathed the traffic. In all of my experiences, Rome is the worst, but Boston is 2nd worst.
We are having another humidity wave this week. Not so hot per se, but the humidity is just killer. I was out weed whacking last night. I'm down two pounds this morning from yesterday. Hey! Maybe that isn't so bad! When the air temp is 85, but the "feels like" is 100, you know it is humid and yucky outside.
New girl, Serena, starts in the office today. Third time is a charm.
Have a great day!0 -
Boston fans... Two of my SIL's went to the football game.
Chilly morning here under cloudless sky.
Lost another pound. Haven't been to Bible study in a month, probably lack of donuts has helped weight.0 -
Good Morning,
Been busier than I would like,
Only expected to reach 99 today, do not want to know what heat index will be,
Ground so dry huge cracks and even Bermuda grass is turning brown
Atlanta traffic is rated 2nd worst in nation, one reason we moved away from metro area
Dave, hope Rita is better and gets good report from doctors this week
Enjoy the Day

Good Morning
A restful day yesterday. I did some baking but mostly rested my aches. I believe my knee hip pain is actually a strained or pulled glute (medius?). Some heat and then I worked a salve in and mostly rested except to work on the bread and to go to lunch with Heather. I will start some gentle stretching and still keep activity level low. Might be a good day to read a book and watch yesterday's tennis match. Fall weather has arrived, at least for a while.0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
I get news online, too. The problem is that reliable news is almost always produced by traditional sources - newspapers, wire services. When they go away we will be left with opinionated garbage as sources of information. Sigh.
Rita's pulmonary function test showed no asthma, but doc said her ashma symptoms could be caused by outside agencies - allergies - but weren't chronic. She can try my inhalers when she gets symptoms. Now she is concentrated on dealing with the nerve problems in her neck. She probably will have three of her cervical vertebrae fuzed.
Rain most of this week, and out for most of the next couple of weeks. Looks like our summer is well and truly over. I'll be hiking in rain gear.0
