@w8goal4life Have a wonderful time on your trip -- safe travels! And thank you for such a great post. I'm a big proponent of Suggestion #4 -- I actually have a tooth brushing kit at my desk and brush my teeth after lunch. Totally helps me stop wanting something sweet after I eat.

Exercise - I got my climb requirement in today. So far my average is above 1,000 per day for the month but hey, the month is early yet.
I found this vid clip on youtube. It is a pretty good representation of my August. My sport in my stomping grounds. They even got Sliderock Ridge in there. Yep. Sometimes in the summer I sleep in the dirt right about there. I try to avoid ant and termite mounds for that though.
They even got segment of riding through Skunk Cabbage. I think that is right where I was.
Those guys are riding them fatbikes. I don't do that and I do a good bit of hike a bike. I bet they do too but don't film that part. But look at that girl. Those tires are as big around as her legs. That has got to take some energy.
But now all I can think of is camping. I want to sleep outside when the leaves turn yellow. I don't know why I like that so much.
