just curious how much protein you all actually are getting? i never seem to reach my goal, but my goal seems high considering my diet.......

I usually fall about 10-20 grams behind on my macros. Talked to my doctor about it, and she said as long as I'm seeing results its fine for now.
I think its more like loose guidelines really. I wouldn't go like, 30-50 grams deficit but I think like 10-20 is fine.1 -
I shoot for 60 grams per day, at my nutritionist’s advice. I weigh 160 lbs. Is this close for you guys? It’s really easy for me to get this much with WFPB diet.0
