As expected, today was a pass day :-(
Exercise: I like really intense exercise so I have a hard time calling an hour walk an exercise, but I did do that

Calories: FAIL! I had too much champagne and risotto. And caved into having dessert. It was worth it though, and tomorrow I will try to be better.5 -

Exercise - yes - wasn't really feeling it today, but did some weightlifting before bed just because I didn't want to confess here and waste a pass day - I guess the challenge works!
Calories - yes - this was tough, 2 catered meals at a conference today. Thankfully there were healthy-ish options, but it sure was hard to turn down fresh cider donuts!

Exercise -- Yes. An exhausting day.. I could have done better, but I'm very satisfied with what I managed to do with my current energy level. I didn't do a formal workout, but on top of being on my feet all day teaching I spent almost 4 hours in the kitchen making 25 pounds of tofu, etc. I logged it as an hour of food prep. It "bought" my well-earned beers hahah
