hi all done 3 x yes: tracked. under limit and exercised. I fell over today just when i was starting to feel energetic. no.serious injuries I'm fine but - feel like there's potential.setbacks at every turn !!! stay safe everybody x6

Great 45 minute interval training class this morning. Good on calories.5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 30 minute dog walk. Rested my injured knee/leg most of the day. It's about 90 percent better (stood with all my weight on it without pain for the first time in 2 weeks). Holding my breath, might try a longer walk tomorrow.

I looked at yesterdays post & swear I posted! I typed in everything (all yes's) but its not on the thread! I've lost posting before & my computer is doing weird things so I'm thinking its time for a new one. It's just frustrating to lose post's!
Today October 6th.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 1 mile walk, 6 on the ex bike & 55 minute HiiT workout.

calories -- meh. Under maintenance but over my daily goal. but I had a ~~wonderful ~ time. a pizza fundraiser for pups. first time we've eaten at a restaurant in a couple months, soo worth it! and i ate super healthy otherwise today.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? That I did -- ran my 7th half-marathon this morning. Finished in 2:42:45. So proud of myself as I really pushed it and finished where I wanted to.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I had over 3K calories -- didn't come close to eating them all.
