Pretty bad day, Pass Day #1. Almost no exercise, probably over calories, minimal tracking. Will keep trying.7

Food choices weren't the best but I was within upper range of calorie budget. Considering I had tea with one friend and supper with another family, I'm happy with the outcome.
Went to yoga and although I had to adapt a bunch of the moves it definitely helped with my rehab. Also went for a walk on the beach with my friend, her toddler and their new dog.
Dyed my hair red for this weekend's geek festival - I'm going as Merida and technically I'm working all weekend, but it is at such a fun event that I can't complain!5 -
