calories -- meh. Under maintenance but over my daily goal. but I had a ~~wonderful ~ time. a pizza fundraiser for pups. first time we've eaten at a restaurant in a couple months, soo worth it! and i ate super healthy otherwise today.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? That I did -- ran my 7th half-marathon this morning. Finished in 2:42:45. So proud of myself as I really pushed it and finished where I wanted to.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I had over 3K calories -- didn't come close to eating them all.

To recap: week-end away, stuffed face (including desert, obvs) and drank my calories in the form of fermented grapes.
Got loads of exercise in, but we know you can't outwork a bad diet... unfortunately.
Again, I regret nothing. Loved every bite/sip of it and I'll now keep right on track, hopefully
