Got loads of exercise in, but we know you can't outwork a bad diet... unfortunately.

What to say about that. All I know is exercise.
I am more than a little bit weird about that.
I did 5 hill repeats. Care to guess what that totals up to?
That is the "track' or the "Loop."
There is some world class athletes goes there to train. I think they like the in between altitude there. I wish I could describe them. It is a ten kilometer loop. I guess that is 5 and an eights mile.
Those hoseheads are doing laps on it. I count them as they go by. All I do is go up and down on the top leg of that thing.
I see people that go there every day. At least they are there every time I ever go there.
That is some intersectionality as they call it.
I take some amount of pride in my 5 x 400. But those rascals are doing laps of 10k that has got that 400 in it.
If they wasn't so scrawny, i'd call them hard bodies. These are the guys you are going to see in the finish list of the Boston marathon.
